Marketplace Sales Grow Quickly.
Reconciliation Gaps Grow Quietly.
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, quick-commerce platforms and payment gateways each produce different reports, deductions, refunds and settlement cycles. We help sellers reconcile sales to settlements, review GST/TDS credits, map inventory and stock locations and build a month-end process that scales with the business.

Choose Your Business Model
Marketplace Seller
Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho or similar platforms. Priority: orders vs settlements, commission and fees, returns, GST TCS, income-tax TDS and input tax credit.
D2C / Shopify Brand
Own website, payment gateway, COD and prepaid orders. Priority: gross sales vs gateway settlements, chargebacks, refunds, discount accounting, inventory and customer-state tax records.
Quick-Commerce / Dark-Store Seller
Blinkit/Zepto or similar networks. Priority: stock location, additional place of business where required, state-wise registrations, invoices, returns and warehouse/dark-store records.
Importer / Private-Label Brand
Priority: import documentation, customs records, landed cost, inventory valuation, supplier invoices, product compliance and GST credit eligibility.
International Dropshipper
Priority: who sells to whom, where goods are located and shipped from, title/risk transfer, merchanting-trade/FEMA questions, platform settlements, GST place-of-supply and export/import documentation.
The Core Reconciliation Problem
A Settlement Is Not the Same Thing as Sales
Start with order-level gross sales; separately account for returns, cancellations, discounts, marketplace fees, shipping, advertising, TCS, TDS, GST and settlement timing. Reconcile the settlement to the bank and reconcile tax credits to the relevant portal statements. Never record only the net amount deposited as gross turnover without reviewing the underlying report.
GST TCS and Income-Tax TDS Are Different
GST TCS under the applicable e-commerce operator framework and income-tax TDS under section 194-O are distinct mechanisms. They appear in different records and require separate reconciliation. Applicability, rates, credit availability and return treatment should be verified for the relevant period and business model.
Multi-State Inventory Changes the Compliance Picture
A seller holding inventory at a warehouse, fulfilment centre or dark store in another state may need to review registration and place-of-business requirements. Do not assume every marketplace warehouse creates the same outcome; map ownership of stock, actual activities, contracts and current GST rules.
International Dropshipping Needs Transaction Mapping
A foreign supplier, foreign customer and Indian business can create a different fact pattern from exporting services. Before concluding GST or FEMA treatment, map the purchase, sale, movement of goods, title, invoicing, payment route and counterparties. A payment account or foreign customer alone does not determine the legal classification.
